They've got a <a href="http://pdasmart.com/zune_hd_repair_center.htm" rel="nofollow">repair part</a> (they also offer repair services) for the screen and could fix your Zune HD. If you're OLED screen underneath the glass is also damaged, I think there's nothing to do about it. I shipped my Zune HD this morning to PDASmart. As I mentioned my article, cracking your screen voids your warranty, so a third-party repair is the only solution.
